Sale-a-brate good times, come on!

It’s a sale-a-bration!

(OK, so now that song will be going around my head for the rest of the day!)

I made this gift set using some of the fabulous stamp sets available for FREE during Stampin’ Up’s sale-a-bration

– madison avenue, vintage verses and patterned occasions (my favourite)…

Saleabration heart trio

The colour inspiration came from the candlelight Christmas specialty designer series paper – a great way to use up any Christmas papers you may still have around…

Hints of sparkle were added with small hearts punched from champagne glimmer paper, and tiny bows of early espresso scalloped tulle ribbon for texture.

I bought some chocolate hearts from my local suparmarket and adhered to the card with mini glue dots …

These projects are good for Valentines, anniversaries, birthdays or just because …

and they fitted in perfectly with my cake from cake class this week…

chocolate mocha heart cake

… a coffee cake covered with chocolate icing, embossed with roses.

Patterned occasions bottle tag …

A couple of days ago I shared the thank you gifts I made using the FREE sale-a-bration stamp set – patterned occasions – coming soon during Stampin’ Up!’s sale-a-bration.

While I still had my craft things out, I made a bottle gift tag using the same stamp set, but this time teamed it with some candlelight Christmas specialty dsp

- so beautiful and not just for Christmas!

The flip side of the green patterned paper is in early espresso, which I cut in a narrow strip of paper ribbon, matching the ink I used for the sentiment.

This is how it looked on the bottle …

I made these treat holders as thank you gifts, giving a little sneak peek of Stampin’ Up!’s patterned occasions stamp set, which will be FREE during sale-a-bration, starting soon on 22nd January…

Saleabration Thanks a ton gift holders

I love this cute stamp set and there will be lots of other freebies on offer for every £45 spend during sale-a-bration.

You can also still order items from the autumn/winter catalogue until the end of January, which is where you will find the gorgeous orchard harvest designer series paper and the gumball green sweater trim I used.

Saleabration Thanks a ton gift holder contents

I popped some peppermint tea, an after eight mint and the little thank you card into the holder making a cute little thank you for my friends.
