Designer series paper and my very first blog post…

…welcome to what I hope will be a place to share my creative side…

I thought I’d share with you something I made as a present for the hostess of one of my recent workshops.  I cased this set of 6 greetings cards with matching gift bag, and you can find the instructions for this on the fabulous Chiaki Haverstick’s website here http://stampingpro.com/

My hostess was delighted with her gift, and I thoroughly enjoyed making it too!  Win, win!

Here’s what I used – all supplies from Stampin’ Up! unless otherwise stated:

Cardstock/paper: bella bleu dsp, barely banana, whisper white; stamps: sincere salutations; ink: chocolate chip; punches:  eyelet border, scallop circle, 5-petal  flower, boho blossoms, tab; accessories: clear rhinestone brad, cream ribbon from my stash.

Thanks for dropping by today
